How to: Create Work Flow Rules in Salesforce 

 Workflow rules gives you the ability to ease the key business development process without writing any piece of code.

Workflow rules are basically divided into the three steps



1. Object : Workflow require Object where you want to add workflow
2. Evaluation Criteria - Value in fields that needs to be matched so as to invoke the workflow
3. Actions  - Once criteria is a match, the set actions to be performed (this can be email or assigning task to user)
