As we know, opening Salesforce Emulator was fairly easy, just by appending one/one.app to current instance can load emulator but after Winter'16 update, emulator throws issues

Quick Fix
Switching agent of your browser can easily load the emulator (remember don't need to enable lighting for this, neither sharing rule), you can change browser agent in chrome/safari manually, or simply use agent-switch plugin to change agent to mobile
Install Agent Switch, and change the agent to iPhone 6 and reload the application simply as shown below, notice new url is
domain.lightning.force.com/one/one.app
